It was a really bad shopping experience. I bought a bag and a wallet in their Coach shop via virtual shopping. I asked to send me new goods and was told it is possible to exchange a new one or return if there is something wrong with the goods. However, I found the bag was not a new one and there was something wrong with the wallet. I asked to change a new one but was told that one was the last one. Then I asked to refund, but was told that is impossible. They told me they dont return usually but special for me. I have to change for something else but cannot get my money back. It is the problem of the goods and they promised to return, but their attitude inverted after payment.

Unhappy experiment in the store. We have purchase a 249EUR bag. However, we need to back our rest place and exchange some change to pay the bus bill. The principal of the store are not allow to change to us. The Chinese clerk is friendly to change by her own money. I’m not sure if this is the company policy on forbidden change some coins to client or this behavior is just personally bias on Asian people. We will share this experiment to people beside us and we won’t have getting Coach product anymore!
