Office staff inconsiderate of patients time and struggle to be there for an appointment just to sit for hours without being notified that the doctor was not in. I’ve struggled to get an appointment for months. Very disappointed at the lack of communication by his staff.
EDIT: after his office manager contacted me. Dr. JOHN actually took the time, he listened, he explained, answered my questions and has clarified my concerns, he is an awesome doctor. Staffing shortage and turnover is the issue. I sincerely appreciated Cindy the office manager , reaching out and correcting the problem. Anna is awesome too!

The absolute worst experience of my life! For one year I tried to get into see this guy and for one year his administrators Jack to me around lied to me about appointments. Missed appointments, told me that I had appointments when I didn’t have appointments told me that I didn’t have co-pays when I did have co-pays never returned. My calls never emailed me and said they were going to email me never did said they were going to mail me information never did. The communication in this office is the least professional, worst possible communication, waste your Time by going to the doctor, save your time and find someone else!

No bedside manner whatsoever from Dr. John. I scheduled my follow up with the nurse practitioner because he was so cold and gave off an air of judgement that I never thought I'd ever experience from a professional. He wouldn't even speak directly to me when he prescribed my treatment, he didn't even tell me the name of the medication I'd be on. Then after the fact when my insurance needed confirmation for the medication that was prescribed the office would not answer the phone or respond to faxes, delaying the distribution of my medication thus delaying my treatment and cure. I'm so glad I only have one follow up and then never have to deal with this office again.

My husband has been a patient of Dr John's for many years. He used to be a very thorough, caring doctor. At his last appointment, we felt rushed and kind of dismissed. We also had to wait for over 30 minutes, cuz they had to confirm my husband's ID. It is absolutely ridiculous, that a nursing home patient, has to get an ID, just to see him, when he's seen him for several years before that, without one. His face sheet has his picture and ID and all of his information on it that they need. Staff is very unprofessional and uncaring and kind of rude
