Took my grandkids, my mom 81 years old, my son 37, my daughter 28, and myself for new shoes for Christmas.
Super selection, nice discount area, and plenty of slippers, socks, and accessories.

Walked in and asked the 3 young ladies standing behind the register where would I find ladies heel pumps, they replied they don’t carry any at all!! Obviously they don’t know what pumps are or we’re more interested in looking at their phones and giggling!! This store is a joke!!

It was so hot in the entire store I could not breathe they had air compressors around the whole store that was blowing only out hot air when I asked young lady that she have water she told me to to purchase it was just bad service she did is just by saying that we called corporate but we was not allowed to it was unbearable in his store shoe

Shoe carnival is a scam why they’re selling a product name name brand products but they have to be counterfeit products because if the shoes that I knew they were out in less than a year quality shoes would never will wear out and I am less than a year Nike Adidas Reebok but every pairs of shoes and I have always bought from shoe carnival this is what happens within the year the whole bottom bottom of the of the saw on the hill hill is worn holes through them and shoe carnival won’t do nothing to make to compensate it or anything to people please watch out there’s a very very crooked people they don’t care for their customers All I wanna do is just take money and I don’t want to help with no customers that staff at the staff is very very inexperienced and and and and very rude and they’re very poor quality store and the people

Bought 5 pairs of shoes and they all was dirty
It had dirty hand prints red marks black marks on the shoes why all your shoes dirty i should have to clean off brand new shoes out the box

When my kids were babies I used to go get them nikes from here and they were always a good deal and good shoes especially for the price I never had issues with the running shoes at all. However the sandals and boots I was not a fan of , literally very next day boots started falling apart at the bottom , and the sandals break quickly, I just had got some flats recently because my daughter had a play the following day and needed some asap so I paid around $34 for some flats for her and a week in they messed up and the strap broke. I get kids run and ruin shoes after playing and what not in them but she has many other shoes from other stores that lasted way way longer , not to mention she’s 9 and takes care of a lot of her shoes. I do enjoy the prices here though and can’t complain about that. The store itself has good variety of different brands and different types of shoes. Maybe I was just unlucky.on a side note , Staff is nice and friendly here at the bel mar location and store is very kept up with and clean . I definitely still love going in and looking at the running shoes but not so happy with the sandals , flats , and boots.

Do not trust this misleading ad right at the entrance door. It does not specify which products are on sale. Whe. I bought two sandals I asked about the ad and was told to complain with corporate about the misleading information. Hope that the manager replies or maybe takes immediate action to stop lying about the sandals deal.
