Are all famous footwear stores like this? They aren’t organized as to where to look cause nothing is labeled so you have to either ask a staff member or wander off looking around. Even though I did spend time and money here, this just reminded me why I go elsewhere because people that work at this location are rude and lack customer service. I won’t be returning. Corporate needs to do a major change internally.

I have been to your famous footwear many times over the course of the years on Constitution and Powers I went in there today to get a pair of shoes with my mother, and a gentleman by the name of Jason wolf was the salesperson, I must say that his professionalism and his customer service was outstanding and he will be the reason my mother and I returned to your store over and over, thank you Jason for such an outstanding experience you have a great day and no we will be back. You are an asset to this company, the experience was outstanding

Abby helped me find a couple of awesome, fun pairs of shoes for my special needs daughter. The light up shoes get hard to find in big kid sizes, but we found a pair. Great experience. Thanks Abby.

I was completing a return at the Powers location and Jason, the assistant store manager, was rude, defensive, and never once apologized for his inability to complete the refund after 20 minutes of waiting.

When you need to physically try on the shoe it's nice stores like Famous Footwear are still around. The selection may not be as broad as online, but it's still useful to go and look through this store from time to time, and sometimes even end up picking up some shoes.

Came in because my mom told me there was a sale on the clearance shoes! Sam helped me and was so wonderful and kind and I ended up walking out with 6 pairs of shoes! A very happy customer and will be back to snag some shoes for the hubby!

Why would a store close 30 min early to do inventory on a Saturday night. The sign was hand written and taped up on the door and we watched 3 cars pull up and drive away. I feel this is a poor business practice especially from a corporate run company.

Miss newbie was working May 9th at 7pm and the newbie is a dark haired female with olive skin treated us like we were liars and thieves she wouldnt give my mom her military discount because they say her id card is exspired when my mom's new one is at home my mom payed well over 300 dollars today for shoes we were in there earlier today and we had to go back to get two more pairs of shoes and the newbie also had an issue with my 3 year Old having to use the bathroom when my 3 year old was yelling I have to pee through the store I knew I should have asked but my daughter really had to use the bathroom and my 7 year old had to use it after her the newbie that was working snapped at My mom by asking my mom who went back there my mom asnwered with my daughter took her daughters to the bathroom then she continued to say
Nobody goes back there without asking. we both walked up to the counter, and she had the manager on the phone talking about us we heard every word she said my mom has an ID card for life because my dad was active duty for the navy for 22 years they were married for 29 years he passed away after 3 months of moving here NEVER AGAIN WILL WE STEP FOOT IN THIS FAMOUS FOOTWARE EVER AGAIN THANK YOU NEWBIE AND MANAGER FOR TREATING US LIKE YOU DID TONIGHT
