Would love a larger shoe chain to come into the mall. This place would have to close immediately! Poor selection of variety and sizes.
Whichever young adult of the day is scheduled isn't really interested in helping you either.
Know what you want and get out or don't waste your time.

Zero customer service. All the sales associates ignored everyone. Waited at the register for 5 mins before someone came up and said he just woke up from sleeping in the back. Was told everything was in inventory and would not be able to check for sizes in the back. Will no longer be coming here.

Clean. Disorganized though, and the young guy working there pretended to use the radio to get out of answering my questions. Would have been funny if it was not so annoying

Good selection of brands and styles but needed Converse High tops in men's size and didn't have any in the color (Black).

I was able to return a pair of shoes that were the size I usually wear but still too big. They were able to find a pair of the exact same shoe but a half size smaller. They fit great! Employees were so friendly and helpful. Great place to buy shoes.

We were shopping in Rack Room Shoes on Saturday, July 1st 2023. We had asked an employee for some help with some shoes. She was Caucasian, with blue and blonde hair. She was immediately rude to us. Acted annoyed because she had to use a ladder. Snickered at us and told us “ do you know how long this is going to take.” She was rolling her eyes the whole time at us. Our 2 yr old was trying to show us something. He was being a 2 yr and she turned around and gave him a dirty annoyed look and turned around. When we went up to pay she was rude to me. Very rude. When I said I didn’t want them anymore because of my experience and how she was treating me. The other employee told us we should stop being so rude and started laughing at us. She was a Hispanic young women. When we asked for the manager another women said she was the manager while laughing. She was shorter with curly short hair. She told us that we were harassing them and that we were causing a scene. The other girl was still laughing at us. My fiancée told her to please stop laughing and she continued and said she was going to keep laughing. I have never had an experience like that in a store before. I called to number for another manager and left a message. I am going to take this to corporate. I will never shop there again. And I will tell every person I know in flagstaff about my experience.

Rack Room Shoes is great! This was our first time there and they have a great selection and the staff is kind, knowledgeable and helpful. We were taking our 14 year old son to get some new shoes and we went to a few other places but he didn't really find anything he liked. Rack Room Shoes had such a large selection that it's almost impossible to not find what what you want there. Our son picked out some great Nike shoes and then we were told they had a but one get one half off deal going on so my husband grabbed a pair too! Great place, were thinking of going back tomorrow to get myself some new sneakers ? ?
