Great clothes, very good quality. I have some polos 5 years and they still looking like new. Great customer service, staff always friendly and ready for help. Everything in store carefully put in right places. Clean in store. Definitely recommend them!

Worst shopping experience ever.
On 12/7, I placed an in-store order because my size was out of stock. I never received any updates, so on 12/26, I called the store five times during business hours—no one answered. Then, I contacted Ralph Lauren customer support, and the representative left a note for the store manager, I explicitly stated that a phone call was the best way to reach me.

On 12/27, I received an envelope with a gift card for the order amount and a note from the store manager stating they were unable to fulfill the order. What were you doing during the 3 weeks when the order couldn’t be fulfilled? Why didn’t you contact me first to confirm my refund preference? Why is your number unreachable?

This lack of communication and poor handling is unacceptable.

온타리오 밀스 쇼핑몰 안에 있는 랄프로렌 폴로 할인 매장입니다. 여성,어린이,남성 세가지 섹션으로 나누어져 있습니다. 정상적인 가격에서 할인된 가격으로 판매됩니다. 저는 독립기념일에 갔는데 매장이 잘 정돈되어 있지 않았습니다. 물건은 많았지만 손님이 많아서인지 정돈되어있지 않은 옷이 많았습니다. 옷을 입어볼 수 있는 핏팅룸은 여러개 있었는데 관리하는 직원이 없어서인지 이용할 수는 없었습니다. 물건이 많고 할인을 한다는 장점이 있지만 고가의 브랜드 물건이라기엔 좀 관리가 안되고 있다는 느낌이 들었습니다

Very rude and unprofessional employees there. The female manager at register and a female cashier gave me bad attitude. They are busy in the holidays. But it shouldn’t be an excuse to treat customers rude and not even try to help. When they didn’t do their job correctly, they argued and yelled at me instead of admitting the mistakes. The only employee with positive attitude is Vivian. Such a pity for polo Ralph Lauren.

My wife and I went into this store yesterday to purchase some things for Christmas, and literally no one asked if we needed help. There were several associates who followed us, but never asked if we needed help. They appeared to be teenagers working the floor, who were more interested in taking pictures of each other & laughing at customers than helping them. The only reason why I left any star on this review at all, is due to the fact that the security officer was helpful & the cashier. They were the only professionals who treated us kindly in the store. I did purchase items just to let the associates following us know that I was able to do so & my wife desired some items from the store. Customer service should be strongly impressed upon the associates working the floor & if you’re going to follow someone let it be because you’re helping them.
