I love coming to this store! They always have great deals for a great price! This is so much better than Walmart ? and always have what I need and sometimes it's on sale. Happy customer when I leave. And I plan on shopping here for life. Thank you Big 5 for everything we got from you!

Will Never Be Back To Shop There. I Asked For Help In Finding Mens 4x Shirts,They Just Went On Their Computer,And Told Me No They Didn't have Any. So After 20 Minutes Of Looking myself I Finly Found Some. Then The Girl That Started Checking Md Out Immediately Told Me Theres Absolutely No Sales On Their Carheart Clothes Very Rudly. Then After She Had Scanned Two Shirts,I Just Asked Her How Much It Was She Let Out The Biggest Rude Sigh,That I've Ever Heard From Anyone In My Entire Life. I Just Said Forget It! Left The Store Very upset ?

that lil girl wearing green, nevaeh. I watched her turn her back to every customer in line as if she was I needed elsewhere, while being the cashier. I thought it was cute and made me wonder who raised her to act like that as a young adult. I could care less but I know someone, someday gonna give her a long day lol

Lots of great sporting goods. I had to return a few things, but it was a nice transaction. The guys helping in the shoe department were not very attentive, handed me shoes, and walked away to chit-chat with another employee (not work related convention). I need a different size, but no interest was shown. Cashiers were nice.

It's the only place I go to get shoes for work. I wait tables so I'm on my feet most of every day so I've got to have comfortable shoes. They offer a wide variety of shoes and at great prices. The staff is always very courteous and ready to help with what ever I might need. I don't like to go shopping for clothes or shoes for myself. But they make the experience more than bearable and I don't lose much time while I'm there.

I enjoy the products I buy from this store. However, customer service was not the best. The manager and her employees ignored me while I was looking for my item as well as talked In a loud manner completely oblivious that I was there needing there assistance. It seems to be a common theme here
