Needed a fence fixed really quickly and not spend too much money and Olsen came through for me. It was a terrible fence to start with so I was surprised how little it actually took to make it stable again. Great communication. He stopped by when I wasn’t there on a Friday and. Assessed the problem then gave me a bid. Started and completed work on Monday.

Olsen might be the best vendor/contractors we've ever had the pleasure of working with! He's polite, punctual, skilled, and has a roster of specialists that are all great at their crafts. We have a project I wasn't sure was going to work out that other vendors didn't want or overbid, and he came in and executed it perfectly at a fair price. He took our feedback and change orders with grace and was always so patient and kind! We've used him for multiple projects and he will remain at the top our list when it comes to future remodeling work. He makes sure everything is done exactly as you like and warrants his work and will return to fix any issues if they come up. Excellent experience overall!!!

Olsen was prompt and communicative which, if you’ve tried to have any work done at your home recently, you know is not the industry standard. He provided a specific, line item estimate and instead of just throwing out a number. He made suggestions to what I said I wanted that made more sense and were more functional. The work was done quickly and everything was clean and tidy when the guys left. I would highly suggest using Olsen and the crew at CH Handyman for your next project!

Olsen did an amazing job at our new house. He is super knowledgeable, resourceful and great at what he does. Something to be said about a contractor who despite my pushing him to do some extra bits, politely declined because he did not have the insurance for it - that's integrity!! I have used Olsen and his team for several jobs, not just at my house but also my parents and sister's house. Can't say enough about the quality of his work ans how reasonably priced he is.

Removed existing and installed new garage attic ladder. When quoting Olsen made mention that if existing attic ladder was narrow to consider widening entrance at same time to enhance ease of access - good practical advice always adds extra value. Not needed in this location as already wide version. When issue with replacing existing trim arose after new ladder installed, this was discussed and way forward approved before continuing. Work area carefully cleaned up after job finished.
Overall good quality work professionally done.

Olsen has worked at my house several times repairing our deck, repairing sheetrock, texture and painting; and installing cabinets. He did great work at a reasonable price. I would definitely use him for all my general repairs around the house.
