I went to this location Friday 12/13 to purchase one singular item. While I was waiting in line, there was only two registers open. With the amount of people in line, there should have been four to keep the speed of the line going at a reasonable pace. I had Paloma as my cashier that night. She didn’t speak once, didn’t look at me, nor was she even paying attention to what was needed to be done. She was too focused on everything else going on around her than her own customers. Her badge says “My passion is money”. Well Paloma, if your passion was really money, then you would actually pay attention to your customers.

Grandson went to the Rob Gronkowski meet and greet. The event was POORLY organized. Looked like he had a chance to meet him from where he was in line then out of no where people met up with others in line so it pushed him back in line and never got that signed autograph. Rob showed up late but didn't make up time and left as scheduled. Didn't tell people beforehand that they had to buy something in store to meet Gronkowski. He saw roughly 120 people while other athletes sign 300+ autographs. Waste of time. Will never attend another meet and greet again. PS next day returned the football we were forced to buy since grandson didn't get an autograph.

This week my same-day delivery kept getting cancelled which was very frustrating because the item was shown in stock online and when I called the store. This morning Austin manager was so helpful in helping me secure my purchase! He is amazing!!! Thank you Austin!!

Wish I could give zero stars. Called ahead to double check that an item listed as “available in store” was actually still available as we were making the drive from out of state. Got transferred 5-6 times, none of the employees wanted to physically check until we mentioned we were making the far trip. They confirmed the item was in store so we made our way over. Got to the store only to find out they don’t have it in stock. We were told they had “new people working”. Huge waste of time.

Poor planning when it comes to events. Don’t care about their customers. So rude, event didn’t even happen on time, and didn’t make up for the lost time. Made us buy stuff FROM THE STORE ONLY for the event. Then didn’t even care to complete the event. Huge disappointment will never trust another event here.
