Every time I visit Traverse City, I rent a bike from Suttons Bay Bikes. This is now my third rental over four years. They always promptly deliver my bike rental to my rental at The Commons.

Their equipment is top quality. Their prices are absolutely reasonable for the product and delivery service. I wish I had a bike shop like this back at home! They even let me customize the clip in pedals and put them on the bike so I can bring my bike shoes from home.

This bike tour was the highlight of our trip. Keith was amazing, he sat down and walked is through the path and made fabulous recommendations. The wines were delicious, the scenery was breath taking and the lunch was yummy. E-bikes were a must for us, were were pleasantly surprised how easy it made the trip. I haven't ridden a bike in a long time and was concerned I would not make it far, the e-bikes made this so easy and enjoyable.
We had an amazing day!

Blown away at the customer service of this shop. A+++. Needed a mountain bike on short order and was flying in from out of state and in one call and a few text messages, Ivy found me a killer bike, delivered it to where I needed it, and picked it up after. All for a days rental price that was more than fair. These guys do it right an love building relationships with those of us who love to ride. Thank you!

Stopped by to get a replacement inner tube when I got a flat. Not only did they quickly find the right tube for me but also let me use their tools and air hose. The staff even gave me some pointers on pumping the tire and adjusting the seat. It’s exactly because the kind of service and expertise that we should support local bike shops. Highly recommend.

The perfect place to rent your bike is Sutton Bay Bikes! We rented for the full day and enjoyed the beautiful trail, wineries, breweries, and nearby beaches.

This was the most fun I’ve ever had on a bike! HIGHLY recommend the e-Bike the Vines - Self Guided Wine Tour from GRAND TRAVERSE BIKE TOURS & SUTTONS BAY BIKES. Holy wow! So much fun!! Great trails, great wines and ciders, a really great catered boxed lunch was delivered for us to the second stop, we texted them to pickup our purchases along the way. It was perfection!!!! The e bikes made it very accessible and enjoyable. Completely worth the trip and the price. Can’t say enough good things!!! #happyanniversarytous !

We needed a lock for our bikes and I found this bike shop in the neighborhood while staying for vacation. A very friendly staff pointed me in the right direction. He recommended that I get two smaller cable locks to have enough length and then helped me reset the code on the locks. They also offer bike tours. Highly recommend for anything bike-related if you're in the area.
